Watching this made me smile, last I saw Iverson he was a bit of the a shell of the confident, ready to take on all comers player that I loved for so many years. On top of that it also features Dwyane Wade. So in one video two of favorite players of the last 15 years are on display laying props to one another.

With the latest from Lebron and DWade dropping this week, I put together my favorite Nike commercials.  This started out as a top 5 list.

Oh yes it’s officially basketball season, and with that comes the best commercials in the biz.  Yesterday premiered the LeBron James “Rise” from Nike Basketball and late last night premiered this funny gem for Dwyane Wade (channeling James Bond) via the Jordan Brand imprint “Dominate Another Day”.  Love the Kobe, ‘Bron, Magic, & Celtic references.

Absolutely awesome commercial.  Brings to mind so many of the great Nike Basketball commercials of the past, in tone, pacing, and direct reference (We see you Chuck).

I guess after their taking of 25 Emmy Awards for 2010, HBO wasn’t done.  Apparently at least one Clio is in their sights.

They recently released this amazing promo commercial for their  Boxing After Dark, lovingly known as B.A.D., series of boxing matches.  And if the start of Boardwarlk Empire is any indication, they HBO will have 2011 on lock too.
