Scoop this off of the 63 track Lonny Breaux Tape floating out there. If he can get one together for “Swim Good” & “Novacane” I’d give him my first born.

Tyler, the Creator from Odd Future (OFWGKTA) sat down with France’s The Drone to talk about their music and lyrical content.  He brings up a few points particularly about the double standards in artistic expression that sometimes rear their heads, though to some degree rather trite at this time they still ring true; cuz if they were talking about whips, chains, guns, and drive-bys I bet no one would be too concerned.

So Odd Future on their ever winding ongoing assault to bring the Wolf Gang to your ears and eyes, have hooked up with Funny Or Die to get signed. Oh yeah and this happened.

I really don’t think there is an active artist that I can truly say I love and hate like Blu. The Kanye’s of the world have become purely caricatures of human beings so my attitude towards them is no different than Snooki; my consternation goes as soon as the incident is over – just entertain me.

With Blu he to me is the true leader of this loosely connected NeWest movement in hip hop, complimented by TiRon, Dom Kennedy, Kendrick Lamar, OFWGKTA, Casey Veggies, PacDiv, and others.  His mic skills are impeccable, he’s slowly becoming a accomplished producer, and his lyrics are not of the inaccessible sort.  He kills every track he’s on! Problem is he just needs to be on more tracks.
